Abbeydale (Sheffield, South Yorkshire)

1 – Dr Morton’s Dinosaur Sedative 4.1%

English Blonde Ale

2 – Black Mass 6.6%

A well-bodied black IPA with a complex malt backbone. Generously hopped with flavours reminiscent of bitter chocolate, fruitcake and raisins, with beautiful aromas of coffee, pine and burnt toast. Gluten free due to the addition of Brewers Clarex, and vegan.

Acorn (Barnsley, South Yorkshire)

3 – Gorlovka 6.0%

Named after Barnsley’s twin town, called Горлівка (Horlivka) in Ukrainian. Deep malt and hoppy aroma with liquorice throughout. Roast malts, fruits and hops also carry through this full bodied imperial stout.

4 – Lightness 3.6%

A silky smooth pale mild, laced with Fuggle hops to bring this classic ale to life.

Allendale (Hexham, Northumberland)

5 – Hop On 4.7%

Full flavoured pale ale featuring aromatic American hops for bold tropical fruit flavours with fresh pine aroma. The gluten is de-natured with enzyme.

Barker Bridge (Cullingworth, West Yorks) LocAle

6 – 3 B’s 4.2%

A traditional malty golden bitter ale with plenty of body, with a slight floral flavour on the palate.

7 – Dark Day 4.2%

A beautiful dark porter with a contrasting white head. You will be able to taste the roasted malts you would expect from a porter.

Big Lamp (Newcastle-upon-Tyne)

8 – Prince Bishop Ale 4.8%

A well balanced fruity, light golden ale. First brewed for the 1987 Durham Beer Festival.

Bingley (Wilsden, West Yorkshire) LocAle

9 – Broken Shark 2 @5.5%

Hazy triple hopped New England IPA packed with lots of citrus and tropical fruit flavours. Unfined and unfiltered. Vegan.

10 – Caramelo 5.2%

Salted caramel stout infused with Peruvian cacao. Vegan.

Blue Bee (Sheffield, South Yorkshire)

11 – Oat Stout 5.0%

Rich dark stout with hints of chocolate brewed with plenty of oats to give a smooth silky finish. Vegan.

12 – Triple Hop 4.3%

American pale ale with hops that impart tropical fruit and citrus flavours leading to a bitter dry finish. Vegan

Chapter Brewing (Sutton Weaver, Cheshire)

13 – Dead Man’s Fist 5.5%

Smoked porter with black pepper for a touch of fire. Unfiltered. Vegan

14 – Taller Than A House 3.9%

Style: Pale Ale

Soft fruit aromas and a soft oat body allow the hops to shine with a light bitterness at the finish. Unfiltered. Vegan

Carleton (Carleton, North Yorkshire) LocAle

15 – Debby : Blonde 4.2%

A light, refreshing and zesty blonde ale using Amarillo and Cascade hops from the USA.

16 – Ian : English Black Beer 3.8%

A dark silky black ale oozing with chocolate and hints of coffee and molasses. Slight bitterness coming from English Goldings hops.

Copper Dragon (Skipton, North Yorkshire) LocAle

17 – Black Gold 4.0%

Dark Mild. Smooth, silky and packed with character. A recipe created from restored brewing records from the 1800s. The use of traditional coloured and roasted malts give a rich and luscious flavour.

Craven Brew Co. (Cross Hills, North Yorks) LocAle

18 – BYB (Best Yorkshire Bitter) 3.8%

A well balanced Yorkshire session bitter. Brewed using a blend of the finest traditional ale malts to deliver a rich and satisfying taste.

19 – VIP (Victorian Imperial Porter) 6.5%

A rich, complex and dark imperial porter from one of Dave Sanders’s original recipies.

Empire (Slaithwaite, West Yorkshire)

20 – Moonraker Mild 3.8%

Style: Dark Mild

Full flavoured. Dark and chocolatey.

21 – Nobody Expects (the Spanish Inquisition) 4.1%

Moderately hopped pale ale. Citrus fruit flavours from Nectaron hops.

Firebrick (Blaydon-on-Tyne, Tyne & Wear)

22 – Coalface 3.9%

A good session black mild, with hints of sweet roast malt, chocolate and spice.

23 – Parson’s Porter 6.2%

A strong porter with a complex character. Deep ruby in colour with a chocolate nose, the palate is coffee, spice, rum and raisin, and very gentle smoke.

Fuggle Bunny (Sheffield, South Yorkshire)

24 – Jammy Dodger 4.5%

Style: Ruby Red Ale
A taste explosion of juicy blackcurrant, rich liquorice and smooth caramel with malty undertones.

25 – Russian Rare-Bit 5.0%

Style: Imperial Stout
Dark, sensual, malty and complex with an intriguing twist of chocolate, coffee and liquorice aromas.

Goose Eye (Crossflatts, West Yorkshire) LocAle

26 – Black Moor 3.9%

Style: Dark Mild

Full of character, smooth with a delightful blend of roasted barley and hops to create a luxurious finish.

27 – Sunset Beach 4.0%

A West Coast pale. Refreshing bitterness, tropical flavours with citrus and a touch of pine.

Hadrian Border (Newcastle-upon-Tyne, Tyne & Wear)

28 – Grainger Ale 4.6%

A traditional single malt English pale ale, with soft citrus fruit flavours. Gluten free

Half Moon (York, North Yorkshire)

29 – Dark Masquerade 3.6%

A rich ruby brown mild ale which is packed with dark chocolate and liquorice flavours. Warm, smokey and intriguing. Brewed to a low gluten recipe.

30 – Astral Waves 5.0%

A fruity, hoppy IPA, brewed with a blend of golden malts. Expect an initial bitterness with a fruity, citrus aroma and a big hoppy finish. Brewed to a low gluten recipe.

Ilkley (Ilkley, West Yorkshire) LocAle

31 – Alpha Beta 4.5%

Hazy IPA. Full of the hop highs and bitterness you’d expect from an American IPA. Rye malt provides a hint of spice, and the nose and finish are all about grapefruit and lychee. Gluten free, and vegan.

32 – Siberia 5.9%

World famous Yorkshire rhubarb adds a hint of sourness to this beautiful saison. Earthy spice and fresh vanilla on the nose and palate, with a long, satisfying, bittersweet finish. Vegan.

Jolly Sailor (Selby, North Yorkshire)

33 – Sailor’s Gold 4.5%

Style: Golden Ale, Crisp and refreshing, and very quaffable. A beautiful deep, golden ale. Not hoppy.

34 – Selby Kolsch 4.6%

A light refreshing German style ale. Fruity notes come from the Kolsch yeast.

Kirkstall (Leeds, West Yorkshire) LocAle

35 – Dissolution IPA 5.0%

A classic IPA with a resolute hoppy kick and lasting citrus finish.

36 – Three Swords 4.5%

An extra pale ale. Three American hop varieties are used in abundance to deliver a crisp, aromatic pale ale with clean refreshing citrus fruit flavours.

Lamb (Litton, North Yorkshire) LocAle

37 – Bitter 3.7%

Traditional malty session bitter brewed with crystal malts and British Goldings hops.

38 – Pale 3.9%

Refreshing pale ale with subtle tropical notes coming from a blend of Goldings, Cascade & Citra hops.

39 – Buckwild ESB 5.0%

Extra Special Bitter. A rich toffee taste with a hint of bread and biscuit, with a smooth bitterness following. Vegan.

41 – Blonde Witch 4.4%

A punchy, full-bodied blonde ale with a distinct fruit taste and citrus hop finish.

42 – Witches Cauldron 4.2%

An amber coloured ale – rich in malt, with a fruity body and a strong hop aftertaste.

North Brewing (Leeds, West Yorkshire) LocAle

43 – Black Band Porter 5.5%

A full bodied yet beautifully smooth dark porter. Perfectly balanced

44 – Vanishing Point 3.8%

Laid back session blonde.

Ossett (Ossett, West Yorkshire)

45 – Excelsius 5.2%

Dry hopped pale ale. Smooth, fruit and full-bodied, with a deceptive bitterness to complement its alcohol strength. Refreshing citrus hop aromas complete the sensory pleasure.

46 – Maxim Reward 4.1%

A golden-amber collaboration with Maxim Brewery. A blend of six different malts mashed warm to produce a malty sweetness on the palate. Bitterness is low. Floral, citrus and spice aromas derive from Godiva hops added at three stages during the brewing process.

Rooster’s (Knaresborough, North Yorkshire)

47 – One Horse Town 4.5%

Rich chestnut in colour, this is a satisfyingly smooth and quaffable brown ale, with lightly roasted, malt forward flavours leading to a moderately bitter finish. Vegan.

48 – Thousand Yard Stare 5.4%

Light and full-flavoured. A hazy pale ale with an intense tropical fruit nose. Citrus, stone fruit and resinous notes on the palate, give way to a juicy mouth-watering finish. Gluten free and vegan.

Saltaire (Shipley, West Yorkshire) LocAle

49 – Hazelnut Coffee Porter 4.6%

Rich, dark chocolate with dark roasted coffee flavours, balanced by sweetness from caramelised hazelnuts. The hops impart a delicate earthiness and mild bitterness that accentuates the dark malt in this deep, velvety porter.

50 – Zephyr 5.5%

A juicy hop-forward beer. Delicious and refreshing flavours of citrus, pine and stone fruit notes are carried by a clean and crisp profile.

51 – Challenger 3.9%

A traditional English pale ale packed with fresh crisp flavour and brimming with our country’s finest hops. Vegan.

52 – Ernie’s Milk Stout 4.5%

Rich and malty with roast coffee and chocolate tones, finished with a sweetness from the milk.

53 – Shadow Porter 4.5%

Stubbee (Bradford, West Yorkshire) LocAle

55 – Salamander Juicy Lucy 4.0%

A pale ale infused with banana. A blend of New Zealand hop varieties to strike the perfect balance between fruity and bitter tones.

56 – Salamander Python Porter 4.8%

A distinctive and well hopped dark beer with malty sweetness and hints of coffee and chocolate.

Thirsty Moose (Blaydon-on-Tyne, Tyne & Wear)

57 – Canny Canuck” a 4.5% Maple Brown Ale

An exciting combination of a Canadian staple and the North East’s most beloved beer style. This modern take on a North East classic has deep malty flavours of biscuit, nuts, caramel and hints of chocolate and fermented maple syrup which creates a smoky woodland aroma.

58 – Oot N’ Aboot 5.6%

IPA. Vibrant notes of citrus, mango, pineapple and stone fruits. A gentle malt character, striking blonde colour, bold bitterness and a touch of haze. Unfined.

59 – Andy Leman’s SBF special 4.5%

Head brewer Andy Leman’s Skipton Beer Festival special.

60 – Dark Mild 3.4%

One of the finest dark Yorkshire mild’s. A dark ruby beer with roasted notes and a smooth, creamy taste. A favourite of lovers of a good mild.

61 – Golden Best 3.4%

The last of the true Pennine light mild’s. A crisp, amber coloured beer that makes a refreshing session ale. The smooth and creamy flavour makes it a popular choice.

62 – Knowle Spring 4.2%

A full bodied blonde beer. An easy-drinking beer with floral and grapefruit aromas, spiced orange on the tongue followed by aromatic citrus hop flavours to finish.

63 – Landlord 4.3%

A classic full flavoured pale ale with a complex citrus and hoppy aroma. Landlord has won more awards nationally than any other beer.

64 – Landlord Dark 4.3%

A rich yet light and drinkable dark ale. This perfectly balanced mellow dark beer has body and depth. It has a fruity, toasted aroma with hints of chocolate, citrus and roasted malts on the tongue.

Turning Point (Knaresborough, North Yorkshire)

65 – Eyes On The Pies 5.8%

68 – Hazy IPA 5.5%

A soft, full-bodied, opaque pale ale, rich in aromas of passionfruit & gooseberry, leading into a delicate blend of citrus, peach & strawberry, balanced with notes of pine & sweetgrass on the finish. In collaboration with Attic.

69 – Heart & Soul 4.4%

Full-bodied hoppy IPA. Expect bold notes of passionfruit, grapefruit, gooseberry, pineapple and mango. Gluten free

Bright bursts of citrusy aromas and flavours jump out of this hazy and easy drinking IPA.

Iron Brew 4.8%

Session sour.

Summer Berry Pineapple Pavlova 6.8%

Wrecking Ball Lager 4.8%

A Kolsch-style lager uses Heritage Hana malt and German Hallertau Blanc hops (unfined). Light Straw in colour, vegan.

Appletreewick Cider 6.0%

Traditional cider apples from Herefordshire and grown locally are blended with locally sourced eating and cooking apples. Rounded with good apple and tannin character.
